Shoulder Exercises

1 Stand with the feet slightly apart to give you good balance.
Bend slightly forward at the waist and allow the
injured arm to dangle loosely at your side.
Swing the injured arm backwards and forward as far as you comfortably can.
Repeat.

Pendular Exercises

2 In the same position as the first exercise swing the arms from side to side.
Repeat.

Pendular Exercises

3 Still in the same position, swing the arm tracing a circle in the air.
Repeat.

Pendular Exercises

4 Bend the arm at the elbow and place the hand on the shoulder, draw a circle in the air as large as possible with the elbow. Circle in both directions.
Repeat.
